Sr. Associate Brand Manager, Multipacks

Make It With Pride.** **Job Description** The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end in-year delivery and strategic growth plans of the $1.25B MDLZ Biscuit Multipacks business. Multipacks are a top priority business and critical category growth driver for our customers. Last year, Multipacks grew +0.5ppts of total Biscuit Share and over 50% of biscuit category growth. The Multipacks team is a priority for Mondelez and the SABM will be a key contributor to our continued growth. **How you will contribute** Working across brand and cross-functional teams, you will manage the in-year commercial Multipacks business and future year growth plans. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, and develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and share objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead (in collaboration with insights / cross functional partners) new Multipacks launches, including commercialization & post-launch tracking + Lead MDLZ Back To School priority 1 activation window and related agency management, including licensing, consumer sweepstakes, POS, media, etc + Independent analysis combined with partnership with consumer insights to develop deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant innovation across channels + Analyze business results (utilizing Nielsen and internal reporting) to share out with broader team monthly/quarterly + Partner with Sales to develop selling stories and foster partnership with key strategic customers + Partner with E2E, BD, and brand teams to develop long term capacity plans and ARs to drive future Multipacks growth **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with the following experience and knowledge: + Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment + Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines + Ability to lead a cross functional team + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities + Strong business acumen + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills + Highly organized The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
