How you will make history here…

As the Senior Associate Brand Manager – Specialty, you will uncover new opportunities to drive growth in our Specialty portfolio, which includes iconic brands like SpaghettiO's, Campbell's Beans, Chunky Chili and Swanson's Chicken.

What you will do…

Partnering with Teams: Collaborate closely with brand operations, integrated marketing, and innovation teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation.Brand Strategy: Develop a strategic framework for the brand’s growth plans over a 3-5 year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives. Continuously evolve and refine the brand’s foundations to stay relevant and competitive.Brand Activation: Act as a liaison between the brand and integrated marketing teams. Define campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and corresponding tactics that align with the brand positioning and target consumer. Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.Business Planning: Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand’s strategic direction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.Market and Competitor Analysis: Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.Data Synthesis and Decision-making: Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).3 years of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management. Relevant industry experience, preferable in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment.Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding strategic business goals.Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Large brand experience with large CPG organization desired.Food experience desired.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$119,600-$171,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
