Experienced Customer Success Specialist with German and English

Qualifications

Responsabilities:

Sales order & Claims creation Maintenance of customer portal Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders   Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA   MIS reporting as needed  Responsible for & Understands Order Management Process


Requirments:
 

Level of English B2 and level of German B1Previous experience on a similar position (at least 2 years)A very high level of Customer OrientationShould have Analytical skills.Order management – Prior Order Booking experience in OracleAbility to work fact-based with high agility, accuracy and attention to detailAbility to determine and resolve root cause issuesAn understanding of business processes and controlsAble to follow processes and provide “Best in Class” service and supportAbility to work empowered, transparent and to tight deadlines and manage own and department workload accordinglyAbility to work as an individual but also with other team members with minimum supervision once training is completedGood working knowledge in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, & PPTGood interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
