Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr. Associate-Facilities to join our Facility & Property Management team in Cabanatuan City, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost-effective environment for our employees and visitors.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovationsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building systems and equipment performanceOversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality meets organizational standardsMonitor and analyze facility-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsEnsure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulationsCoordinate space planning and allocation to maximize facility utilizationImplement and maintain facility management software systems to track work orders, assets, and maintenance schedulesCollaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and support business operationsDevelop and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and reportingLead sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impactQualificationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in facility or property management rolesProficiency in facility management software and property management systemsStrong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety regulations, and energy management practicesProven track record of implementing cost-saving measures and process improvementsExcellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and cross-functional collaborationProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for budget management and reportingExperience in managing and motivating facility teamsProfessional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are preferredFamiliarity with energy efficiency and sustainability best practices in facility managementAdditional InformationSutherland Global Services reserves the right to add, delete or otherwise alter assigned duties at any time.
