Sr. Associate - HR Operation

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our HR Operations and driving transformation initiatives within HR, managing operations including payroll processes, benefit management, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Oversee the end-to-end HR operations process, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll & benefit management, and data management. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Collaborate with HR leadership to align payroll and transformation initiatives with overall HR strategy. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support operational excellence and employee satisfaction.Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation, and disbursement of employee salaries. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement & decision makingProcess Improvement: Lead transformation projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and enhancing efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.Technology Integration: Utilize advanced HR and payroll systems and software to automate processes and reduce manual intervention. Explore and implement new technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve HR and payroll operations.Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholder, COE’s, GCOA etc, in driving process improvement leveraging technology to ensure seamless transformation and integration of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any fieldKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and data analysis.Experience with HR transformation projects.Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies in HR and payroll managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
