Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as a Sr Assoc - HRSS Generalist. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Duties and Responsibilities:

Professionally and accurately respond to written and oral queries from Employees / Ex-Employees regarding queries, concerns and requests pertaining to changes in their life-cycle and / or post separationInterface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee queries and requestsResponsible for the employee file maintenanceMaintain high degree of confidentialityExecute other lawful tasks assigned by the management

QualificationsRequires a college degree or 1-4 years of Human Resource experiencеRequires knowledge on various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices / processes and compensationExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work with a diverse group of employeesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsDemonstrate еmployee experience оrientationStrong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional mannerAbility to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team membersWe will consider as advantage the previous experience with: Aladin and SuccessFactors
