Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and administer complex and significant operational investment and accounting activities. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain the processes surrounding the tracking, monitoring, recording, reconciling of investments and all related activities. + Work with external third-party service providers and internal systems to improve automation for document retrieval and organization. Build tools and templates to improve data processing for existing and prospective investment managers. + Maintain external alternative investment database and related private reporting. Improve market insight capabilities by retrieving and analyzing information from the external investment database. + Review and monitor client related balances and initiate the distribution of capital to/from clients as needed. + Facilitate the addition and removal of accounts. Support monthly accounting close procedures. + Support risk management and compliance in reporting of liquidity metrics, rating agency reporting, and compliance reporting.
