The Senior Associate - Pharmacy & Private Market Channels Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the growth of our cardiometabolic products within pharmacy & new emerging private channels through supporting “Off to a good start” initiatives for the patients across gulf countries. This position requires strong expertise in obtaining alignment & collaboration with different internal stakeholders of B2B, Marketing activation, compliance and legal while fostering strong relationship with pharmacy chains and the ability to integrate marketing strategies that supports the B2B function, drive sales, removes patients’ friction and enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years pharmaceutical market experienceExcellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Sound commercial acumen and high learning agility.Strong track record of project management and processes simplification.Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the pharmacy sector.Analyse customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategies to communicate the value proposition effectively to commercial stakeholdersCreate comprehensive marketing strategies and target specific pharmacy segments to remove patient friction through the patient journey.Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for pharmacy channel.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and private market stakeholders.B2B Support:
Collaborate with the B2B team to provide necessary tools and materials to support their efforts in pharmacy channels.Analyse private market channel data to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.Performance Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and pharmacy activities.Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to management.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure that all marketing communications adhere to industry regulations and standards.Collaborate with the pricing team to create competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis.Other Role Requirements
