A key part in the operational level of O2C master data maintenance is the role of the O2C Master Data Manager.  The Master Data Manager will work closely with various stakeholders such as global and local SCM & MMD teams and Zone 2 affiliates to support product launches and material changes.  The Master Data Manager also serves as a key technical resource at the operational level, who drives master data solutions and ensures processes lead to consistent and accurate data to support the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Leading operational activities for MMD team with focus on SAP master data and troubleshooting customer queries related to Material Master Data utilizing established processes and procedures.Execute data collection, data entry, data verification, and data cleansing for SAP master data per established processes and procedures to ensure high quality and accurate SAP master data to enable operations.Establishes key relationships with all close stakeholders and holds regular operational calls with stakeholdersIdentifies internal and external customer requirements and develops solutions to meet customers’ needsSME for creation and completion of Data Steward Platform (DSP) requestsPositively influence other team members to make decisions and support with escalationsPreparation of monthly management KPI dataWeekly review of data accuracy and consistencyMonitoring NVC tool and other applicable tools to implement set ups for product launches or changes to existing materialsWork closely with SCM Core team to align on correct data to support replenishment and inventory management process.Coordinate Change Control Management activities using TrackWiseSupported global/regional SCM projects with MMD involvementSME for Quality auditsNew starter training      

Knowledge and Experience

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years Material Master Data experienceBachelor’s degree, preferably in business related field and relevant work experienceStrong SAP and TrackWise system experience / advanced Excel skillsFluent in English and any additional European language
