As the Senior Associate Marketing Manager – Media, you will play a key role in supporting an effective consumer paid media strategy, assisting in successful campaign launches and ensuring ongoing effectiveness in our media mix to drive efficient demand generation. You will have experience in cross-channel paid media strategy and campaign management. In this role, you will be able to get the most from our media agency and partners.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Media, you will provide support in managing a successful consumer-focused cross-channel media campaign focused on driving demand. Working in this role you will also partner with marketing and business stakeholders to extract the most value from long-term media partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and Execute Media Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute, create and implement effective consumer paid media strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Campaign Management: Ensure the successful management of campaigns by meeting key deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Performance Reporting: Work with the analytics manager and agency partners to contribute to campaign performance reporting and distribution. Media Planning and Tracking: Oversee the implementation of media planning and tracking in coordination with cross-functional teams. Integrated Media Partnerships: Manage all aspects of integrated media partnerships, including paid media elements, event coordination, content creation, and experiential activations. Budget Management: Track media-related budgets and process invoices to ensure financial accuracy. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media and industry outlets. Media Opportunity Evaluation: Participate in evaluating new media opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness. Agency Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with agency partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of media strategies.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related role Experience supporting multi-channel paid consumer media campaigns Familiarity with advertising channels: SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, TV etc. Agency and budget management experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines Ability to convey complex information in visually-engaging presentations A curious-minded individual who learns and adapts quickly to new matters and dynamics, leaning in to ask the right questions and be able to understand what is needed to advance a project Strong attention to detail and strong demonstrated project management experience High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor. Thorough and thoughtful contributor who can manage careful execution and responsible, timely escalations if required Experience with performance analytics and reporting General knowledge of segments strategy and lead management Strong cross-functional team leader with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal and external resource to meet project deadlines and objectives. Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally. Strong interpersonal skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally, including key stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project). Ability to travel up to 15% of the time Ability to work in the office minimum 3 days/week
What You’ll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $87,500 to $109,300. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits, and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
