Sr. Associate (Negotiator), Integrated Investment

They will be activating digital and linear strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. + Assist with planning and implementation for an account across digital and linear channels. This includes inputting and maintaining campaigns within MediaOcean’s Prisma. + Training/Support of Associate in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics, and research + Prepare and deliver buying and or trafficking specs and guidelines + Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate data, insights, and media to our clients. + Build and maintain traffic sheets from initial launches to the client’s bi-monthly creative swaps + Be part of the post-launch quality assurance process in partnership with the internal Ad Operations/MeasOps team. + Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints across the media ecosystem + Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value + Assist team with identifying optimizations across campaigns to ensure client’s KPIs are met + Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations + Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations + Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data (i.e. competitive, consumer, etc.) in platforms such as comScore, GWI, Nielsen, and others. + Build relationships with Sales Representatives to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client’s media plan + Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms DFA, IAS, and Innovid + Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation **Responsibilities** + 1+ years of media buying/planning experience (must have gone through one full campaign planning and implementation cycle) + Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-through skills + Must be hard-working, detailed oriented, motivated self-starter, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
