Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Planning and related technologies as well as domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Planning tools and the ability to drive technical solutions that align with business objectives. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets to provide actionable insights.Oversee the configuration and management of Oracle Planning Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity.Provide expertise in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to enhance user experience and streamline processes.Manage Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient and accurate financial planning cycles.Develop and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize planning processes.Administer Oracle Planning environments ensuring system stability and performance.Facilitate data exchange processes within Oracle Planning to support seamless data integration.Oversee the management of Oracle Planning Metadata to ensure consistency and accuracy across planning applications.Implement Oracle Planning solutions tailored for the healthcare industry to address specific planning needs.Utilize Oracle ASO Reporting Cube to deliver comprehensive and detailed financial reports.Ensure robust security measures within Oracle Planning to protect sensitive financial data.Develop and manage Oracle Freeform Planning applications to meet unique business requirements.Create and maintain Oracle BSO Custom Cubes to support complex financial modeling.Design and develop Oracle Planning Forms to streamline data entry and improve user efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Oracle Planning tools including Dashboards Infolets and Valid Intersections.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows and Approval Units.Have experience in developing Oracle Planning Business Rules and administering Oracle Planning environments.Be proficient in Oracle Planning Data Exchange and Metadata Management.Show experience in implementing Oracle Planning solutions for the healthcare industry.Have a solid understanding of Oracle ASO Reporting Cube and Planning Security.Be skilled in developing Oracle Freeform Planning applications and BSO Custom Cubes.Have experience in designing Oracle Planning Forms.Possess domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions.Be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
