Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Commerce Admin Adobe Commerce Architecture JavaScript Programming and Angular. Experience in Performance Management within the Retail domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum Agile Waterfall collaborate with Customer business system analysts and business to define and document enhancements and plan work for off site team

You will mentor other Hybris support analyst on projects

Must meet or exceed intelligence general consulting competencies of Personal Skills Results Orientation Quality Management Customer Management Leadership

Should be able to work in collaboration with offshore team

Develop and maintain Adobe Commerce applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Implement and customize Adobe Commerce Architecture to meet business requirements.Utilize JavaScript Programming to enhance the functionality and interactivity of web applications.Leverage Angular to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe Commerce-related issues.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Optimize application performance to improve load times and user satisfaction.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into development practices.Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all development activities.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Adobe Commerce Admin and Adobe Commerce Architecture.Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript Programming and Angular.Have a good understanding of Performance Management in the Retail domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
