Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business support user access and identity management and IT security. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
Play senior developer role in FE track.Ensure high quality FE deliverables - zero defect
Follow best practices and processes
Good understanding needed about API integrations.
Support other developers if they are having problems.
Prior experience of 5 plus years in AEM Frontend.Good Knowledge and hands on experience of Javascript Jquery css html
Ability to work independently without any guidance
Ability to mentor juniors if needed
Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve it
Good team player communicator and can do attitude
Knowledge and understanding of how AEM works overall and able to troubleshoot problems together with AEM Backend developers Content authors etc.
Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Provide technical support for AEM systems addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AEM solutions seamlessly.Author and manage content within the AEM platform ensuring consistency and quality.Implement user access and identity management protocols to enhance security.Conduct regular security assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.Work closely with IT business support teams to align AEM solutions with business objectives.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of AEM applications.Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of AEM features.Stay updated with the latest AEM developments and industry best practices.Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.Document all processes and procedures related to AEM development and support.Qualifications
