Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Configuration Salesforce Customization Apex Classes Triggers Workflows Integration Lightning LWC Flows Visualforce Pages. The role involves working on complex projects ensuring seamless integration and enhancing the overall functionality of Salesforce applications to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS practices to ensure efficient deployment and management of applications.Provide expertise in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Lead the development and enhancement of SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications through continuous monitoring and optimization.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.Document technical specifications and processes for future reference and training.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal implementation.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS practices and tools.Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Data management and best practices.Show proficiency in developing and customizing SFDC Lightning components.Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration with other systems.Have experience in SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.Nice to have experience in IT business support domain.Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
