Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ARCS and FP&A/Finance domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development of Oracle Account Reconciliations. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and optimizing Oracle ARCS functionalities to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities

5-8 years of experience in Design Modeling Implementation Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.3-4 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle Cloud Hyperion suite of products such as FCCS and ARCSExperience in building RC & TM reconciliations in ARCSStrong understanding of Close Manager module from integrations with source systems to creating dependenciesAbility to analyze user requirements and develop an end-to-end solution design functional designExperience in Business Process redesign or transformationExperience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solutionExperience in conducting business meetings CRPs POCs etc.Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same timeHands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions creating data forms business rules calculations EPM Automate scripts etc.)Knowledge on Financial Consolidation and Supplemental data managementEnd to end Integrations between Hyperion Cloud and other Cloud modules like Oracle ERP Cloud EBS third party sources.Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops CRPs User story clarification sessionsExperience in documenting functional design documents Test strategy scenarios cases Application user guide etc.Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience : 5 -8 years
