Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Work Management SAP Waste Management SAP Energy Data Management SAP Customer Care Services SAP Device Management SAP Billing and SAP Service Contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business support and Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of SAP Work Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the integration of SAP Waste Management systems to ensure compliance and sustainability.Provide expertise in SAP Energy Data Management to optimize energy usage and reporting.Manage SAP Customer Care Services to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.Implement SAP Device Management solutions to streamline device tracking and maintenance.Support SAP Billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Administer SAP Service Contracts to maintain service level agreements and client satisfaction.Collaborate with IT business support teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Industrial Manufacturing domain.Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with existing IT infrastructure.Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SAP solutions.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Work Management SAP Waste Management SAP Energy Data Management SAP Customer Care Services SAP Device Management SAP Billing and SAP Service Contracts.Demonstrate strong domain expertise in IT business support and Industrial Manufacturing.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Showcase effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.Hold a relevant certification in SAP such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate.Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP solutions.
