Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ALM Docker Azure Jenkins SQL Java Python Jira and Maven. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software development processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance efforts for software development projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domainOversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools such as Jenkins and MavenProvide expertise in ALM to manage and track software development lifecycle processesUtilize Docker for containerization and ensure consistent environments for testingImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure to streamline development and deployment processesDevelop and maintain test scripts using Java and Python to ensure comprehensive test coverageCollaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycleUse SQL to validate data integrity and ensure accurate data processing in applicationsManage and track testing progress and defects using JiraConduct performance testing to ensure applications meet scalability and performance requirementsProvide detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assuranceMentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in ALM Docker Azure Jenkins SQL Java Python Jira and MavenMust have domain expertise in Asset and Wealth ManagementShould have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailMust possess strong communication and collaboration skillsShould be able to work effectively in a hybrid work modelNice to have experience with other testing tools and frameworksMust be proactive and able to work independently to achieve quality goals.
