Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our team to perform installations configurations and troubleshooting of ADMS Outage management System software and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems excellent technical skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Prior experience of installing OMS products and who have worked on Outage Management Systems is a must.


Responsibilities

Install configure and troubleshoot ADMS-OMS products on client systems.Ensure compatibility of installed products with client hardware and software environments.Perform system updates patches and upgrades as needed.Maintain and manage multiple environments including development testing staging and production ensuring proper configuration and functionality in each environment.Create manage renew and maintain digital certificates (SSL/TLS code signing etc.) to ensure system security.Monitor server memory usage CPU performance and disk utilization to ensure optimal system performance.Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to memory and resource allocation.Integrate configure and manage APIs to ensure seamless communication between systems and applications.Test API endpoints to ensure proper functionality troubleshoot issues and resolve errors.Work closely with vendors to address defects implement fixes and ensure product functionality.Collaborate with testing teams to identify document and resolve software defects.Participate in root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to resolve identified issues.Provide technical support and resolve installation certificate API server performance and environment-related issues.Document installation procedures API integration steps environment configurations certificate management processes server monitoring tasks and resolved issues.Train end-users on the basic use of installed products APIs server monitoring tools and security practices related to certificates.Adhere to company policies and meet deadlines for installation maintenance integration environment management and defect resolution projects.Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11 Windows Server).

Experience with Citrix is a must

Experience in installing and configuring software and hardware products.Hands-on experience with digital certificates including creation renewal and troubleshooting (SSL/TLS PKI etc.).Knowledge of server memory management and monitoring tools (e.g. Task Manager Resource Monitor or third-party monitoring tools like SolarWinds Nagios etc.).Strong understanding of APIs including REST and SOAP and tools like Postman is advantageous.Experience managing and maintaining multiple environments (development testing staging production).Familiarity with environment automation tools and configuration management (e.g. Ansible Chef or Terraform) is a plus.Familiarity with defect tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla or similar).Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation is advantageous.
