Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Unix Shell Scripting Data Warehousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL Data Integration PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL processes using IBM Infosphere Datastage to ensure efficient data integration. Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various sources. Create and manage Unix Shell Scripts to automate data processing tasks and improve system performance. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes data models and system configurations. Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data integration processes. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in SQL Unix Shell Scripting Data Warehousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL Data Integration PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage. Nice to have experience in Asset and Wealth Management domain. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak). Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
