Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Cards & Payments TPH Selenium and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools to ensure the highest quality of our products. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for products within the Cards & Payments domain to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium and Core Java.Provide expertise in TPH to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and accurate results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.Conduct thorough functional regression and performance testing to identify and resolve defects.Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases.Ensure all testing activities are documented and compliant with industry standards and best practices.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues and recommending solutions.Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing lifecycle.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality and testability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring our products are reliable secure and meet customer expectations.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Cards & Payments domain with extensive experience in testing.Demonstrate proficiency in Selenium and Core Java for automated testing.Have hands-on experience with TPH and its application in testing scenarios.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey testing results and recommendations.Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.Demonstrate leadership qualities in mentoring junior testers and improving testing processes.Show commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Possess a detail-oriented mindset to ensure thorough testing and accurate results.Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.Have a proven track record of successfully leading testing efforts in a hybrid work model.Show dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in testing methodologies.Certifications Required
