This role involves designing and implementing robust solutions that align with our business objectives and drive innovation. 3.Experience : 12to14yrs 4.Required Skills : Technical Skills : Oracle EPM -Planning Cloud Domain Skills : 5.Nice to have skills : Techincal Skills : Domain Skills : 6.Technology : Custom Skills 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the development and maintenance of data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Provide technical expertise in Research and Development to drive innovation and improve processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with industry best practices. - Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize system performance. - Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions. - Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new solutions. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all solutions meet business needs and objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities. -Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud. - Demonstrate strong expertise in Research and Development and Data Models. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions. - Have experience in conducting system audits and performance tuning. - Display strong collaboration and communication skills. - Be adept at managing project timelines and delivering solutions on time. - Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. - Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek improvement opportunities. 9.Job Location : Primary :INKABLRA13-Bagmane Solarium City Neon Alternate : 10.Job Type : 50PM00 Manager - Projects 11.Demand Requires Travel? : N
