Role Overview
The Sr. Associate Transportation Analyst is integral to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of McKesson by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of courier invoices. This role demands exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external courier partners. The analyst will uphold the integrity of the courier payment system, manage invoicing processes, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

This position will need to still in the DFW area, and you will be required to be onsite 2/3 days a month.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of courier invoicesIdentify, analyze, and resolve disputes related to courier paymentsCollaborate with internal departments including the Transportation Center of Excellence (TCOE), Transportation Technology, and Pharma Distribution Center personnel to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain and optimize the courier payment system by:Managing account consolidationsMonitoring the system for ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) accuracyUpdating rating system as necessary

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and with external partnersProven capability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlinesExceptional problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and a strong aptitude for resolution managementExcellent follow-up skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume full accountability for assigned tasksStrong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$56,700 - $94,500
