You\nwill be responsible to provide general legal support to Honeywell and its\ndifferent businesses and legal entities, including Corporate Governance,\ncompliance, and transactional work. You will be also responsible to lead,\ndevelop, help negotiate and close, challenging and complex legal contracts with\ncustomers and interact with our clients’ legal departments as well as\nexternal/specialized legal firms. You will anticipate and mitigate potential\nlegal problems within the Company and developing strategies to avoid costly\nlitigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will keep abreast of\nindustry-specific regulations and ensuring that appropriate risk management\nstrategies are in place. Strong experience with Maquiladoras legal operations\nis mandatory.
