Job Description

Develop the BPS implementation strategy in the different Value Stream (value chain) as well as develop and manage the initiatives and guidelines for the SlpP plant aligned with central guidelines of CC/BPS, PS/BPS, C/TEP and C/ TES-NA.

1. Deploy new methodologies in the value chains in SlpP, in order to develop and implement new technologies according to customer needs.

2. Lead BPS Maturity assessment in the plant in coordination with the value chains and serve as an advisor for Self assessment in the plant.

3. Serve as Planning Guideline (PGL) expert for the plant and lead PGL Workshops in case of new projects as applicable.

4. Advise the team in the value chain of System CIP processes, in order to apply the global standard of PS/BPS and CC/BPS as applicable.

5. For new projects, actively participate in master plan development if required and apply BPS concepts for its development.

6. Develop PS/BPS standards, (CC/BPS if applicable) in plant for the operation and application of BPS principles.

7. Design, review and develop local BPS standards, in order to provide solutions to the needs of the SlpP areas.

8. Provide training included in the “BPS Academy” curricula necessary in SlpP according to the defined strategy and resources.

9. Plan and coordinate Value Stream Mapping and Value Stream Design according to the planning and manufacturing of the product, in order to find opportunities for improvement.

10. Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ CD03800 and applicable standards.

Experience: 5 years
