The Sr. Brand Mgr., Delivery role is responsible for the rapid and responsible sales growth of KFC US Delivery across aggregators, App and Web. This role requires a strategic leader who will work to create and execute strategy to drive digital sales growth and profitability in delivery, focusing on both first-party and third-party aggregator sales. Key responsibilities include optimizing presence on third-party platforms, leading aggregator promotions, and improving processes for quicker speed to market. The role demands a strong leader that can work independently but also have strong collaboration across teams, project management, and data-driven decision-making to enhance digital products and strategies. Success in this role relies on a results-oriented mindset, the ability to influence stakeholders, and building strong relationships with franchisee leadership to support national and local initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Communications
Develop a strategy for aggressive delivery sales growth by identifying and sizing opportunities across Operations, Tech, Finance and Marketing functions. Foster partnership with delivery partners in pursuit of breakthrough co-branded campaigns that elevate and modernize KFC. Foster partnership with internal cross functional marketing teams to ensure Delivery is considered through the lens of a consumer and supported consistently across paid media, organic social, PR, and more. Be a primary advocate for our three audiences - Consumers, Franchisees, and Brand, incorporating their challenges and goals for a unified 3P and 1P delivery plan.Delivery Execution
Manage end to end operations of third-party and first-party Delivery, including but not limited to the development of promotions, creative, menu optimization, paid media, and reporting. Analyze post-campaign results, utilizing a combination of vendor data, sales data, and 3rd party reports (such as MMM) to draw insights on appropriate budgeting and tactic mix for maximum ROI. Identify and provide recommendations to improve consumer experience and reduce friction in ordering Delivery in the KFC App. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies and competitive activity across Delivery marketing. Develop Delivery test and product roadmap to ensure a continuous upward trajectory of Delivery sales. Tightly manage a budget across various funding sources, vendors, and tactics. Identify audiences, develop, test and implement CRM strategies to improve 1P Delivery adoption.Delivery System Management
Contribute to the constant improvement of our delivery operations including reducing friction in order experience, streamlining data/menu workflows, product development, and restaurant operations. Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery within project constraints. Partner with technology teams to improve operations which impact Delivery metrics such as wait time and customer satisfaction. Partner with Franchisees and tech to reduce friction in the accounting and invoicing process, further strengthening processes between restaurants and aggregator partners.Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s degree (or applicable experience) required
Experience:
Years of Experience – 10+years of experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing Field Passion for consumer behavior and proven record of translating consumer insight into sales Proven project owner, capable of orchestrating teams to run a sales channel from strategy to results. Desire to collaborate with a wide variety of talents, from creative to engineering. Demonstrated ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to flex from tactical to strategic conversations.
