(Sr.) Brand Manager, Hematology
Site Name: Korea - Seoul Posted Date: Jan 20 2025 This role is responsible for hematology brand management by developing strategies with concrete launch readiness/brand plan. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead a new product launch or manage a newly launched product to progress your career. Entitlement and product responsibilities will be decided based on your career experiences. These responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilities: Launch readiness and/or brand planning & Implementation Develop and execute the plan for hematology brands through a deep understanding of the customer/consumer needs and the market dynamics. Ensure to meet the key milestones (including regulatory approval, P&R, etc.) and set the basis for maximizing opportunities upon commercialization. Establish brand plan and manage brand LCM and hematology portfolio. Create and implement pre-launch and launch activities. Market intelligence Use and interpret appropriate data/evidence to inform and/or make robust strategic and investment decisions. Understand the patient journey and treatment pathway. Identify potential new markets/opportunities for the hematology portfolio in conjunction with other stakeholders External / Internal stakeholder management Inspire and engage cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely implementation of brand plan. Develop and maintain effective relationships with the customers and key stakeholders to support successful commercialization and long-term strategic ambition. Key contact with medical/external scientific associations and assists in the development and implementation of activities such as cooperations’ events, congresses, and sales meetings. Forecast, Operational plan implementation and Resource management Develop forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making. Utilize omni-channel approach to engage customers and create a tailored customer experience. Lead A&Ps budget allocation and ensures appropriate return on investment. Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards. Work with sales forces Develop brand key messages/promotional materials and sales force. Interact closely with sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3~5 years experiences in Marketing & Sales Product/New Indication launch lead experience Strong strategic, analytical capabilities and experience Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead in a multi‐functional environment Proven ability to follow through projects, with a solution-oriented mindset Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards to do the right thing Fluent in spoken and written English Preferred Qualifications: Marketing experience in Hematology / Oncology or Rare disease therapeutic area P&R project lead experience in Hematology / Oncology or Rare disease therapeutic area *LI-GSK Why GSK?
