Senior Brand Manager, Advanced Energy

As the Senior Brand Manager for Advanced Energy within our Surgical Division, you will lead brand marketing initiatives and drive product growth. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager of Laparoscopy to oversee our Advanced Energy portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Strategize for Success: Develop and execute strategies that ensure consistent and profitable growth. Insightful Leadership: Provide valuable market and brand performance insights to cross-functional partners. Market Expertise: Showcase your knowledge in advanced energy and stapling markets. Drive Objectives: Ensure the execution of strategic goals and foster professional development within the team. Identify and Act: Spot opportunities and gaps, offering actionable recommendations to peers and management. Field Support: Efficiently manage daily field-based inquiries. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with teams to ensure clear and cohesive strategic plans. Training Excellence: Develop and deliver engaging training content for new hires and ongoing education. Creative Marketing: Implement innovative marketing strategies across sales, clinical, and medical education areas. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to support strategic development. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, maximizing efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. Sales Enablement: Organize and execute impactful sales meetings, including budget tracking and strategy implementation. Commercial Excellence: Drive marketing initiatives for new products, ensuring successful launches and high accountability. Educational Development: Create educational materials to train the sales force on key clinical, economic, and competitive areas. Pricing Strategy: Manage pricing strategy and approvals to meet profitability goals. Efficient Production: Produce sales and marketing collateral, videos, slides, and other materials efficiently.

Qualifications:

Marketing Proficiency: Strong ability to execute marketing plans and strategies to grow market share. Industry Experience: Background in healthcare and/or medical devices. Fast-Paced Thriving: Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a bias for action. Problem Solver: Proven problem-solving skills. Confident Communicator: Confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and excellent communication skills. Campaign Driver: Experience in driving marketing campaigns and creating supporting collateral. Sales Savvy: Strong selling experience and solid business acumen. Presentation Skills: Exceptional virtual and on-stage presentation skills. Interpersonal Excellence: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with staff at all levels. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medicine, or a related field is required. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Candidates with strong sales and leadership backgrounds will also be considered.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years in Healthcare Product Management or equivalent work experience.

Additional Details:

Must be able to travel as required (50-75%).

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $100,800 to $157,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant

experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand
