PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN This role sits in the IC Mexico team and will primarily focus on creating the growth strategy for Holanda OOH brands . Specifically , the successful candidate will be uplifting the portfolio and innovation strategy , brand proposition , refreshing the communications , and collaborating with teams to ensure the vision is executed brilliantly to deliver growth .  PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES + Lead business plans and brand strategy for Out of Home brands ( Mordisko , Cornetto, Solero and Holanda) delivering brand performance and meeting annual targets.    + Crafting innovations and communications including strategy, long-term innovation roadmaps, and communication on core.    + Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for the delivery of the project. (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI)   + Define short- & long-term strategies for the brand across the different channels, with P&L responsibility.    + Propose brand activity and measurable objectives . Monitors Brand audit, Jobs to be done, Activity plans, financial updates and monitors key indicators to drive brand performance (6P’s).    + Lead the cobrandings strategy with key partners for product development.    + Together with CSP, sets brand KPI’s and work on relevant plans for key customers and for both channels.     + Possess a keen understanding of the mexican consumer, strong leadership skills to run projects with big autonomy, and the ambition to drive discontinuous growth.  ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE? Experiencia /Habilidades + Substantial years of relevant experience +9 years and a positive track record in consumer marketing across Mexico for Consumer Goods Companies.
