A highly skilled Business Analyst specializing in Revenue Accounting to join our Business Systems Integration team. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing our revenue accounting processes, primarily within RevPro and NetSuite, with an understanding of upstream integration from Salesforce CPQ. As a member of the Business Systems Integrations team, operating in a product-focused environment, you will have a direct impact on our Cash to Revenue Value Stream. The Business Analyst (BA) will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations within the Cash to Revenue architecture, integrating Salesforce CPQ with RevPro and NetSuite GL. In close collaboration with our Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations teams, you will analyze business needs, convert them into technical requirements, develop solutions, and coordinate deployments while maintaining compliance with internal controls. What You’ll Do: Serve as the key liaison for the optimization of Netsuite and RevPro. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, document, and analyze requirements for billing and revenue processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data mappings for effective solutions. Lead configuration efforts within RevPro to align with business requirements and drive system automation through tools like Workato. Support end-to-end dependencies and integrations with boundary systems, including Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. Support if any issues in accounting close process (GL, AR, AP) Utilize NetSuite Suite Analytics to build and maintain operational analytics, dashboards, and reports, providing actionable insights into billing, revenue recognition, and financial performance. Design and manage inbound/outbound integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, RevPro) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate synchronization across platforms. Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage release processes to ensure quality control and system efficiency. Skills You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional role focused on billing and revenue recognition systems. 4+ years of in-depth experience with Netsuite, Salesforce CPQ and Zuora RevPro, particularly in subscription billing and revenue recognition. Strong practical experience in Zuora RevPro with an understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance standards. Experience integrating RevPro with boundary systems such as Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL. Experience managing inbound/outbound integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, RevPro, and other ERP/CRM systems. Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Lucid Chart) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across finance and technical teams in an agile environment.
