The Opportunity
Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Sr. Business Analyst, Strategic Partnerships and Incubation. In this role, you will work on various projects related to Strategic Partnerships and Incubation by reviewing new opportunities, assisting with the development of business cases, tracking budgets, and aggregating and analyzing market data.
How You'll Make a Difference
Work closely with managers and business owners to provide insights and suggested improvements or adjustments of ongoing pilots based on KPIs, performance analysis, and market trends.
Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and FP&A to ensure accurate reporting of ongoing Incubation pilots.
Ensure accurate reporting of Incubation business P&Ls and present them to general managers of respective businesses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Monitor and track budgets and progress related to Strategic Partnership and Incubation business activities, including invoice and payment tracking monthly.
Assist with the development of business cases of potential pilots, including initial ROI analyses.
Additional ad-hoc requests or analysis as needed.
General administrative support to the Strategic Partnership and Incubation team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field is required
Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in finance, market research, or business development
