Nuveen has an opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst who has strong Charles River IMS and Asset Management experience. This position will work closely with our business stakeholders, users, and IT to define business workflows, enhance current processes, and support trading and operational functions.
This role will require the candidate to have a strong command of Charles River Server and Desktop functionalities while designing solutions. We are seeking an individual who has this experience within a financial services organization.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Business AnalystMinimum of 3+ years of CRIMS experience (v.23R1), (i.e., configuration)Minimum three years of experience in the financial services industry, supporting buy-side technology, specifically with equity trading and/or fixed income trading.Possess advanced hands-on SQL skills.Prefer:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.Experienced communicating with senior level stakeholders such as the Heads of Trading, Portfolio management, Compliance and OperationsExposure to Compliance, EMS’s, Blotter, Tier, and Data Loads.Broad background in Equity and Fixed Income trading including but not limited to trading systems, execution management systems, order management, etc.Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.Proven analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.Proven ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs.Experience with writing technical requirements.Ability to understand stakeholder needs and build effective relationships.#LI-VR1
