Work with assigned Project Manager to determine GPS Route. Define and schedule all Business Analysis tasks for the project. Responsible for Requirements/Analysis phase deliverables. Understand/document current and future Business Process and Business Rules - exact deliverables will vary from project to project. Discuss with PM and Crew Business Consultant if it is not clear what deliverables are needed for a project. Define Use Case List and Schedule, lead/create Use Cases (incorporating Tech Lead deliverables as needed), lead Use Case review sessions and achieve Use Case Sign-Off. Participate in Data Modeling – ensure Data and Reporting Requirements are documented for the Data Architect and Technical Lead. Act as a resource for the definition and understanding of data and how it will be used by the business in the new system. Work with PM as needed to re-estimate the project based on the GPS route used. Partner with the Technical Lead during Design Phase. Payroll Experience preferred.
