Reporting to the Sr Director for Innovation Business Operations, the Senior Analyst will work closely with the business operations team to set up a data management and reporting framework. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team of performers who have experience working for Big 4 consulting firms.
Responsibilities:Perform data management and reporting for all R&D related strategic data, which includes people, interpersonal, financial, and project information, mostly in Tableau
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and scenario modeling for senior leadership
Build and maintain new & existing Tableau dashboards needed for reporting
Lead Tableau Server projects/folder for R&D
Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning
Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed
Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of work experience in Tableau reporting, data management, and scripting
Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server is a requirement
Scripting skills are a plus (JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.)
Familiarity with concepts of relational databases and RDMBS, SQL, Hadoop, and ETL pipelines is a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, lookups, data analysis tool packs, etc.), PowerPoint, building financial and decision support models, reports, and executive presentations
Knowledge about SaaS or software development processes is desired. Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
Willing to work the night shift
Willing to be based in Mandaluyong
