Sr. Business Analyst
In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, develop and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. Knowledge of methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems are essential. Senior Business Analysts work effectively and efficiently, whether working independently, as a team member or as a team leader.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Elicit clear business requirements and evaluate scope considering desired outcomes
Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery solutions
Responsible to define and develop support processes
Identify and document issues, constraints, and risks
Produce process mapping and technical writing
Accountable to gather information and conduct needs analysis
Manage stakeholder engagement and analysis: build consensus among stakeholders, and determine actions to appropriately manage stakeholders desired outcomes successfully
Prepare business requirements documents, workflows, other documentation, as required
Speak to Technical teams, Business sponsors, Site personnel, Leaders, Managed service partners, etc.
Collaborate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases
Train staff and users, as needed, to work with applications, systems and/or programs
Provide strategic guidance to leaders and stakeholders on effective engagement and communication strategies for upcoming changes, while addressing change management issues and risks Balance multiple priorities, prioritize, and deliver high-quality written communications on time in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Plan and organize meetings, presentations, and other events to engage and inform stakeholders
Conduct regular communication with stakeholders to present deliverables, provide status updates, resolve issues, and review updated plan
Advocate for new ways of working and champion upskilling enterprise-wide
Manage a product backlog in JIRA
