Revenue Operations supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position will lead analyses, solve complex problems, improve processes and understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle in order to affect the bottom line of the organization and take ROPS to World Class.

As an Analyst within ROPS you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVita’s revenue cycle.

Primary responsibilities of this role:

Analysis & Technical Skills:

Perform complex analysis including analytical modelingAssess and quantify business impact of various effortsDevelop automated reporting around key business driversUtilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc.

Problem Solving:

Break down complex problems into digestible pieces; develop robust approach to solveSynthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate and drive strategic and/or process improvements within the revenue cycleChallenge status quo operations to identify transformative change

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communicationInterface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companiesCreate and maintain project plans; prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholdersManage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work

What Skills Do You Bring to the Role?

Bachelor's degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)1-2 years’ experience OR applicable work experience; Master’s degree preferredStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferredStrong quantitative & problem solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generationAbility to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leadersCommitment to DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment and FunExperience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred
