Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex datasets and create insightful reports to guide leadership decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business processes, improve workflows, and design sustainable data solutions. You will focus on ensuring data accuracy, automating processes, and delivering actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
ResponsibilitiesDocument and analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data solutions.Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL for leadership insights.Implement automation and process optimization to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Conduct quality assurance testing to maintain data integrity and meet business needs.
Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on data and process optimization.Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Visio/Lucid Chart, Microsoft Office Suite, and Jira.Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
