Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Insurance Products Agile and Agile Methodologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and ensuring successful project delivery. Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements for various insurance products.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.Provide insights and recommendations based on business analysis.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Ensure that Agile methodologies are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Create user stories acceptance criteria and other Agile artifacts.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes.Support the testing team by providing detailed requirements and clarifications.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills with experience in insurance products.Demonstrate expertise in Agile and Agile methodologies.Have experience in Reserve Management and Claim File Management (nice to have).Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and user stories.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a track record of successfully delivering projects in a business analyst role.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
