Project Orchid: Project Orchid is an integration project within the US Transformation Office, supporting the US COO and working across five business units in the US. Due to the NDA nature of the project, specific details cannot be disclosed.
Role Summary: We are seeking a functional Business Analyst (BA) with experience in wealth management, specifically in brokerage/advisory business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for changes in policy/procedure, legal documents, and HR changes. This role involves firming up the business case to propose to executives and will require a traditional BA approach to gather business requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements using Jira.
• Create an overarching program and partner with the PDO to pass along requirements.
• Validate standards and artifacts.
• Work on changes related to policy/procedure, legal documents, and HR changes.
• Collaborate with IT (agile methodology) and business units (waterfall methodology).
Qualifications:
• Experience in wealth management, with a focus on brokerage/advisory business.
• Understanding of retail distribution, with less emphasis on asset management is a plus
• Ability to work in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Strong traditional BA skills, with a focus on business requirements gathering.
• Not limited to IT-side experience only, highly prefer people with business side experience
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other BA's (must have proven experience doing this)
- Experience supporting regulatory/compliance/legal teams and projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr.
