\nThis position will partner with our finance team to provide technology solutions for their business problems. This person will be involved with gathering requirements, process mapping, and conducting gap analysis, and have experience with Microsoft Dynamics. \n\nWhat You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
\n\nRequirement Gathering: Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's needs.\nProcess Mapping: Analyze existing business processes and map them to the functionalities of the ERP system, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.\nGap Analysis: Identify the gaps between the organization's requirements and the capabilities of the ERP system and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.\nSolution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to design solutions that align with business requirements and leverage the capabilities of the ERP system.\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities to ensure that the ERP system meets user expectations and functions correctly before deployment.\nChange Management: Facilitate change management activities by preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting users in adapting to the new ERP system.\nData Migration: Work with data migration teams to ensure that data from existing systems is accurately migrated to the new ERP system without loss or corruption.\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the ERP project, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their effects on project delivery.\nStakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on the project's progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.\nPost-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users after the ERP system has been deployed, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues.\n\n
WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
\n\n5-7 years of experience in IT \n\nExperience Working in an ERP finance module and a background as a Finance Business Analyst\n\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or extended experience supporting multiple ERP platforms\nExperience gathering requirements, process mapping, and gap analysis.\nGood communication skills\nExperience with user acceptance testing\nExperience with data migration\nCollaboration and teamwork are a must\nPreferred: Manufacturing experience\n\n\n#LI-AB1 #LI-hybrid

\nThe base compensation range for this position is $96K to $130K per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
