Micron seeking for a knowledgeable (PMIS) Construction Management IT Business Analyst. This role will be a critical link between our IT and construction project teams, translating business requirements into technology solutions that enhance project efficiency, collaboration, and data visibility. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to support construction management processes, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:  

Collaborate with construction managers, project teams, and partners to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT solutions. 

Lead or support the implementation of construction management software, ensuring configurations meet project needs. 

Design and implement data analysis and reporting solutions within IT systems to enable real-time project insights, performance metrics, and effective decision-making. 

Analyze existing construction management processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend IT-enabled improvements that align with industry standards. 

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for construction management software, ensuring effective adoption and addressing user issues or feedback. 

Coordinate with IT teams to integrate construction management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP (SAP) financial systems), and perform thorough testing to ensure data consistency and system functionality. 

Build and maintain detailed documentation, including system requirements, process flows, user guides, and fixing resources.  

Ensure that IT solutions meet industry regulations, company policies, and data security standard processes. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience working on large-scale construction or capital projects. 

Knowledge of ERP systems and construction-specific software integrations. 

Certifications: PMP, CBAP, or related IT or construction management certifications are an advantage.  

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, Engineering(preferably Civil), or a related field. 

Minimum of 7-8 years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry. Demonstrated experience with construction management software (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, Primavera P6, or similar). 

Technical Skills: 

Proficiency in system implementation, configuration, and customization for construction project management. 

Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and database management (SQL proficiency is a plus). 

Familiarity with IT project management and Agile methodologies. 

Soft Skills: 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business processes into technical requirements. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical collaborators. 

Effective project management and adept at balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
