YOUR ROLE Close cooperation and partnership with multiple business stakeholders from HCB Global Controlling & Finance in Henkel's HQ Compile and analyze monthly Structural cost & FTE reports Responsibility for Structural cost & FTE data management - ensure accuracy and completeness of the collected data  Identify and investigate the variances between budgeted and actual costs  Accountability for Cost Centers maintenance Support the preparation of structural cost and FTE budgets and forecasts  Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes  Potential to leverage BI tools to recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting YOUR SKILLS Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling  Strong analytical skills Effective communication skills  Active level of English, written & spoken  Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel  Team player, willing to learn and constantly improve BENEFITS WE OFFER 13th salary  Performance-based bonus up to 134% Financial bonus for referring a suitable candidate from 500 to 1000 EUR gross Meal contribution also during days off Cafeteria benefit system Henkel Shop Henkel Kindergarten Life Insurance Health care package Relocation bonus 5 Sick days per year Home Office possibility Extra paid days off for special life events
