+ act as a liaison between business partners and technical areas to implement business, marketing and technical infrastructure solutions to meet immediate and strategic needs,
+ participate in and contribute to strategic discussions and recommend efficient solutions, and
+ lead large business unit, cross business unit including analysis, business/functional requirements and testing.

**Who You Are**
+ College degree or 4+ years of work experience
+ 6+ years of related experience (e.g., financial securities work experience in asset servicing, trade settlement, corporate actions, payment processing or alternative assets)
+ Experience leading large scale projects across workgroups
+ Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
+ Must possess excellent leadership, strong analytical, problem-solving, and big-picture/conceptual skills
+ Must have the ability to work with people at all levels and influence others without formal authority
+ Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication
+ Demonstrate the ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides others through change
+ Strong technical, financial services product and business processes acuity
+ Experience with industry tools such as SEI T3000, Intelligent BPM (iBPM), and Salesforce a plus
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$86500 - $118000 / year
**Time Off Program**
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

**Location & Work Environments**
This role may be based out of our Minneapolis, Waco, or Charlotte offices. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (at least 3 office days in a typical workweek).
