Key Responsibilities:Support business operations & supply chain for the Poland regionOwn and drive planning / operations excellence with sales & our 4P organizationWork with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for your regionOrder management / scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning etcLead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOLSupport the territory general managers, customer fulfillment and revenue attainment as well as wider staff teamHelp support the growth in Poland and adapting the supply chain to accommodate the organization
Requirements:Economics/ Business/ Analytical Bachelor's degree Previous experience in a planning role – CPFR (collaborative planning) experience an advantage Previous experience of working in Telecoms Manufacturing an advantageFlexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionalsConfident Excel user – you will be presenting data & outcomes from them Fluent in Polish & English – you will be working with different nationalitiesCommunication skills as this will be your everyday toolKnowledge of any extra languages is also an advantage
