Sr. Business Process Manager - Finance

What you'll do As part of the Finance Business Transformation team, the Senior Business Process Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives, testing, and system solutions to ensure design is seamless, automated, and scalable. This individual should have in-depth experience with various Finance process areas (Q2C, Non-Q2C, Tax, etc). This role will work closely with various cross-functional teams in Finance, DTS, PLG, Legal, Sales Ops, etc. Additionally, this role will be hands-on in day-to-day activities and will ensure projects, processes, and systems are aligned with the Company’s vision & strategy, controls, and policies. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Business Process. Responsibility Support AOP projects for all workstreams (Quote-to-cash, Source-to-Pay, Acquire-to-Retire, Record-to-report, Reporting, and Tax) Manage and lead small to large size projects by incorporating continuous process improvement, change management, and distinct project phases to drive value and outcomes Collaborate with Leadership, PMO, and other key stakeholders to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects Consult with business leaders and stakeholders on business requirements, establish clear goals and objectives to ensure they align with Docusign’s strategic vision Ensure alignment, accountability, and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases Coordinate and facilitate meetings on key design decisions and changes Build test cases and organize User Acceptance Testing with various business partners Be a leader and coach for the team Help build and maintain process documentation, training docs, and process flows Be an expert in Docusign products and systems and propagate knowledge to the rest of operational teams by providing guidance and sharing best practices Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree Experience in Quote-to-cash processes, specifically with SAAS revenues 8+ years of Accounting experience using Local GAAP rules 5+ years of process and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience 3+ years of people management experience Experience in a company that has scaled with accelerated growth or large software development organizations Preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Knowledge of process management/improvement, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma methodologies preferred and history of improving processes Proficient with Google suites product, Oracle Cloud Fusion, JIRA, ServiceNow, Automation tools (RPA or Bots), and Excel Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment Effective negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal support Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships Confidant in working with management team members Technical enough to be comfortable asking questions to dig into development issues, quickly gather and synthesize information, devise a plan, get buy-in and move towards resolution Ability to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize pipeline requests, ensuring delivery alignment without compromising goals Experience focusing on customer satisfaction to win our customer’s continued business and loyalty Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary Washington DC: $122,300.00 - $168,200.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
