You Are:

We are looking for a competent IT Delivery Coordinator with a focus on metrics, process improvement, planning, change management, and governance to help us optimize our IT delivery organization. Your primary function will be to drive operational governance and measurement within the IT organization. Your goal is to maximize our efficiency without compromising quality.

 

The opportunity:

·       Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to identify IT operational goals and set up strategies for achieving them.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current state, define desired state, and drive implementation of new strategies and processes.

·       Create, implement, manage, and communicate performance metrics in line with the OKRs and strategic goals of the company.

·       Use metrics and statistical analysis to find trends, efficiencies, and make process improvement recommendations.

·       Communicate how metrics can inform the organization, visualize areas of opportunity, and promote data-driven decisions.

·       Maintenance of a portfolio of IT projects and program work.

·       Drive visualization, communication, and escalation (as needed) of portfolio health, status, risk, and mitigation plans.

·       Align portfolio with the company's strategic goals.

·       Measure and report on portfolio performance.

·       Develop, implement, monitor, measure, support, and govern efficient IT operational processes.

·       Assess and map existing processes.

·       Design new processes.

·       Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders.

·       Analyze and measure current state versus desired state.

·       Design and implement improvement, efficiency, automation, and cost reduction strategies.

·       Test, measure, and monitor outcomes, adherence, and effectiveness.

·       Govern existing operations and the rollout of new initiatives, ensuring goals are met.

·       Document, train, and communicate results.

·       Implement improvement opportunities through organizational change management concepts. Drive change management best practices.

·       Author and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

·       Participate in audits, gather supporting evidence, and help in developing action plans based on audit results.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Operations.

·       Considerable experience in process improvement, governance, and metrics.

·       Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Solid understanding of performance metrics and process improvement strategies.

·       Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

·       High Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools (including Excel, PPT, Word, Smartsheet, Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow, etc.).

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location:   Ohio

Compensation Range:   $108,000-$163,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
