Job Summary:
As an experienced Business Systems Analyst for Oracle Cloud HCM with strong Oracle EBS finance knowledge, within the Information Systems (IS) department, you will be responsible for working with your HR and Finance business partners, writing user stories for new features, establishing business priorities, participating in design, and leading the testing and training of those new features. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating any support issues in your area and partnering with your fellow BSA’s to ensure the smooth operation of our Oracle Cloud HCM and EBS systems. You will be a vital part of the broader Oracle team that includes our business partners, BSA’s, Developers, Contractors and Project management; a team that delivers vital, stable functionality that will allow Masimo to operate more efficiently and accurately.
Oracle Cloud HCM
Provide Oracle Cloud HCM functional/technical services by acting as subject matter expert and leading internal clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality. Identify functionality gaps in Oracle Cloud HCM and build extensions for them. Configure the Oracle Cloud HCM requirements and document application set-ups. Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Implement Security for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Validate configuration and data for Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Interact with the team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/internal client on a regular basis. Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle Cloud HCM projects.Oracle Finance
Primary contact point for supporting India Share Service Center for Finance covering: Account Payables: Invoice Processing (from booking to payment + accounting) Payment Processing (from payment selection creation to final + accounting, but also contact with the bank for payment rejection, knowledge of ISO 20022 XML) Cash Management (bank statement load, reconciliations, accounting) Fixed Assets (Knowledge of basic concepts in FA: Additions, Depreciations) Intercompany: AGIS knowledge General Ledger: Generic principlesHCM Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Functional role Oracle Cloud HCM experience in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Global Compensation, Interface, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Performance Management, Workforce Compensation Hands-on experience Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations Upgrade and implementation experience Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production SupportEBS Finance Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Technical / Functional finance role Functional and technical knowledge of the following business processes: Booking of an ap invoice, validation, approval accounting Building of a payment selection to final Transfer of an asset AP invoice to Fixed Assets Payment Transfer to the bank AGIS Recharge Booking and approval of a GL Journal EntryEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent, demonstrated experience will also be considered.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some travel, both international/local, is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
