More about us: https://www.hach.com/about-us Reporting to the **IT Manager** , the **Senior Business Systems Analyst** is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing information technology (IT) solutions that meet business needs. This role will work closely with IT management and subject matter experts to develop solutions and manage projects that drive process improvements. The analyst will also provide frontline support to end users related to Oracle processes and peripheral software programs. This position is part of the **IT Department** and will be **hybrid/remote** . **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet internal and external customer needs. + Manage implementation and support of multiple Oracle modules, including **CPQ, Order Management, Advanced Pricing,** **eCOMM** **, and Order Fulfillment** , to improve business processes and eliminate waste. + Knowledge of **Accounts Receivable (AR) and Service Subscription** is a plus. + Implement and support non-Oracle solutions (both on-premise and cloud) and their integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud. + Independently manage IT-related projects, collaborating with SMEs to define and document project scope and specifications. + Design and implement solutions while coordinating with offshore technical resources. + Develop and execute detailed test plans, including unit testing, **System Integration Testing (SIT)** , and **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** . + Provide frontline support to end users for Oracle processes and peripheral software programs. + Work closely with the global IT team to resolve production issues in a timely manner. + Collaborate with IT, CPQ, Order Management, and Service Fulfillment teams on global standards and strategy. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + **Bachelor’s degree** in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent technical work experience. + **3-5+ years** of proven experience implementing and supporting **Oracle Fusion Cloud** . + Functional and technical expertise in **CPQ, Order Management, Advanced Pricing,** **eCOMM** **, and Order Fulfillment** . + Strong knowledge of applying **Oracle Fusion Cloud Quote-To-Cash and Contact-To-Resolution** business flows. + Understanding of **Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules** is a plus. + Understanding of **Oracle workflow concepts and PaaS extension** is a plus. + Proficiency in **Oracle PL/SQL** . + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team. + Basic understanding of **PC hardware and peripherals** . + **Advanced English** is mandatory to communicate with the global team. + **Fluent Portuguese** is required. **Hach is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of** **Veralto** **(NYSE: VLTO),** a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
