Summary
The Sr C-Suite IT Executive Support role is responsible for providing timely and effective IT support to the senior executives of the company, ensuring that their IT needs are met, and their issues are resolved. The IT Executive Support role also liaises with other IT teams and vendors to coordinate IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance for the executive offices.
Responsibilities
Provide white glove IT support to C-Level Leadership and their direct staff, including troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network devices including laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Air Pods.Establish trust and confidence with C-level executives and their direct staff.Respond to all IT requests and incidents via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors.Manage the IT inventory and assets for the executive offices, including ordering, tracking, and disposing of IT equipment and supplies.Coordinate IT upgrades, and maintenance for the executive offices, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.Document IT processes, procedures, and best practices for the executive offices, and provide IT training and guidance to the senior executives and their assistants.Monitor and report on the IT service level agreements and performance metrics for the executive offices and identify areas for improvement.Demonstrate self-management skills and effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Provide AV support to address any issue related to video and audio systems during meetings and events.Stay current with the latest developments in Apple technology and software updates to provide informed support and recommendations.Ensure that regular backups are conducted, monitored, verified for integrity, and completeness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with senior executives and stakeholders.Experience working with Mac/PC hardware/software, mobile phones/tables, a wide array of computing peripherals and accessories.Experience supporting major Executive events (i.e., Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors Meetings)Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems, applications, and devices, including WinOS, macOS, iOS, Office 365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, VPN, OKTA Verify, printers, scanners, etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Certifications in Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), or Apple Certified IOS Technician (ACiT), Microsoft, or other relevant IT fields are preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and their teams.
