Responsibilities Lead category management and insights’ initiatives for the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio at Walmart Own Customer engagement and Category Advisorship at Walmart Conduct detailed category decompositions and reporting leveraging appropriate information resources to include: Retail Link/Luminate, IRI POS, IRI Panel, and Custom Shopper Research to drive Insights to Action. Provide insights on emerging shopper and market trends through reporting and ad hoc analysis Support Walmart buying team by utilizing PepsiCo capabilities to deliver assortment, space, merchandising performance and pricing recommendations. Engage in Planogram/Modular development process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with Walmart Buyers through objective detailed analysis, insights development and presentation Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills Communicate insights and best in class results to divisional/corporate personnel, as well as, other Category Management Team Members. Lead and train Sales Analyst in category management initiatives including business analysis, insights development, and modular processes. Travel% : 10 Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
